Examples of Work Performed:

In this position, you will be the trusted technology advisor for several of our key accounts. You will drive and execute the plan to best take care of the client utilizing our platform of best-in-class technology tools as well as utilizing the team of service technicians on our service desk and NOC team.

This is a full-time position – Hybrid. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM with occasional evenings and weekends.
This role will:

  • Provide primarily remote and on-site support to our clients.
  • Proactively anticipate, pre-empt, diagnose, and solve hardware, network, and software problems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the customer’s specific business environment.
  • Perform major technology platform migrations (Exchange, Active Directory, and others)

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or commensurate work experience Preferred
  • AZ-800/AZ-801, CCNA or similar certifications
  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
  • Strong knowledge of hypervisor technologies (VMWare/Hyper-V)
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, switching, and routing
  • Broad knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, and DHCP
  • Broad knowledge of Windows Desktop OS & MS Office Suites
  • Broad knowledge of Datto, Veeam, and Acronis backup solutions
  • Experience with network security, anti-virus, and EDR solutions
