The Needs

Before transitioning to Cyber Advisors, MRK Financial didn’t have the IT support they would have liked from a previous provider. There was high turnover in their on-site engineer team, which meant taking time to acclimate new engineers. They also lacked a proactive IT strategy which would have provided a “big picture” view of IT. The company also experienced issues with unpredictable billing, along with downtime lasting up to a day or longer. The Project
